Tree Risk Assessments

Comprehensive risk assessments identify hazards such as poor stem connectivity, poor cardiovascular health in the tree between roots and canopy, weak branches, poor integral/structural instability, or root damage that may pose threats to property or individuals. Following assessment, we offer advice on implementing strategies to reduce risks, thereby safeguarding both property and the surrounding environment.

Tree Health Diagnosis & Treatment

Consultants can identify indicators of disease, pest infestation, decay, or any other factors that could undermine the health and lifespan of a tree. Upon detecting issues, we can diagnose the underlying causes and provide tailored recommendations for treatment to address the identified problems effectively.

VTA & VTCI

Visual Tree Assessments (VTA) evaluate the health and structural integrity of trees. In addition to ground-level assessments, Arborology also offer a Visual Tree Climbing Inspection (VTCI), your tree is climbed and inspected. This is generally for major points of failure, disease and other arboricultural defects. It does not ensure the tree is safe or will not fail, or will not fall over in the event of compromising weather condition

Home Buyers Survey

What is a Home Buyers Tree Survey?

  • Identify Potential Risks: Trees can pose various risks to homeowners, including structural damage, falling limbs, and root encroachment. Our tree surveys help identify potential hazards and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  • Plan for Maintenance: Understanding the species, age, and health of trees on the property allows home buyers to plan for future maintenance needs. Our comprehensive reports provide valuable information to assist homeowners in developing effective tree management strategies.
  • Compliance with Regulations: Local regulations may impose restrictions on tree removal or pruning, especially for conservation areas. Our surveys help home buyers navigate regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and ordinances.
